Leon Blaustein Ecology Lab

Two years of national service in the NPA made me passionate about trying to change things for the better, even at a smaller scale. My current lab and field research are paving my way to becoming an ecologist. Moving up north (Tzfat) acquainted me with Leon's lab, which is full of interesting, professional and good people. The large scale fire in Haifa during November 2016 led to the idea of investigating the effects of fire retardant on the development of salamander larvae (Salamandra infraimmaculata) and aquatic community in general.

Besides research, I love crocheting, painting, hiking and my husband.
